Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA)

Riyadh — Mubasher: The board of Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved a request from Tatwir Aliddikhar for Financial Technology to cancel its FinTech Experimental Permit, according to an official statement.

The permit was originally granted to the firm to test robo-advisory services within the Saudi Arabian securities sector.

The regulatory body stated, on 30 July 2026, that the cancellation was initiated at the company’s own request.

The board’s decision was issued in accordance with the Capital Market Law, established under Royal Decree No. M/30 dated 02/06/1424H, and its executive regulations.

The move also aligns with the specific instructions governing FinTech experimental permits issued by the regulator to foster innovation under controlled conditions.

No further details regarding Tatwir Aliddikhar's future operations or the specific reasons for the withdrawal request were disclosed.
